Document Description
The applicant requests a zone change from the Light Industrial District (M-M) and Neighborhood Commercial District (C-U) to the Single Family Residential District (Res-1) on the parcels located on the east side of Everett Memorial Highway. The parcel located on the west side of Everett Memorial Highway would change the portion with the Neighborhood Commercial (C-U) zoning designation to the Rural Residential Agricultural (R-R-B-2.5), allowing one zoning designation on-site. The applicant requests Tentative Parcel Map approval to create 4 parcels and a remainder, 2.5 acres, 2.53 acres, and three 2.67 acre parcels.
