The parcel located on the west side of Everett Memorial Highway would change the portion with the Neighborhood Commercial (C-U) zoning designation to the Rural Residential Agricultural (R-R-B-2.5), allowing one zoning designation on-site. The applicant requests Tentative Parcel Map approval to create 4 parcels and a remainder, 2.5 acres, 2.53 acres, and three 2.67 acre parcels.
