Document Description
Proposes to construct phase two of the Napa Gateway Park. This phase would result in a total of approximately 176,300 square feet of a mixed use, commercial/retail center with an All Suites Inn, contained within seven buildings on a currently vacant site. The project would result in about 88,100 square feet of office; 11,000 square feet of restaurant space; 77,100 square feet of a hotel; and about 423 surface parking spaces including spaces, within the phase one area.
