The project involves a proposed agreement between the Wallace Community Services District and developers of the approved Mokelumne Oaks residential project that would allow for the extension of existing CSD sewer and water service to the 40-unit residential project. Mokelumne Oaks would, in return, agree to design and finance planned expansion of existing CSD facilities in order to make up sewer and water capacity allocated to the project and to meet anticipated future sewer and water needs within the CSD and other future growth within the district's sphere of influence.
