Document Description
The project proposes the construction of 498 single-family residential homes on approximately 122 acres located at the northeast corner of Ullrey Avenue and Brennan Avenue. The project includes 78.8 +/- acres of single-family residential (R-1), 4.5 +/- acres of improved parkland, 36.9 +/- acres of right-of-way, and 2.3 +/- acres school dedication. The current County land use designation is Agriculture. 38 units will be affordable in conformance with the City's Housing Element. The project also includes annexation of the property into the City limits, and the cancellation of the Williamson Act contract upon completion of the annexation.
