Document Description
The project includes the construction of 494 single-family residential homes on approximately 122 acres located at the northeast quandrant of Ullrey Avenue and Brennan Avenue. The project also includes 13.7 acres of improved parkland (over 10 percent of the project). The project also includes a rezoning from agricultural to low density residential, the annexation of the property into the City limits, and the cancellation of the Williamson Act contract upon completion of the annexation.
