Document Description
Pacific Ethanol Inc. is a new facility applying for Authority to Construct (ATC) permits to build a new fuel-grade ethanol production facility located in Madera. Ethanol will be produced from the fermentation and distillation of corn. The maximum proposed capacity of the plant is 40 million gallons per year of undenturated ethanol. The facility will process approximately 15.4 million bushels of corn per year, equivalent to 431,200 ton of corn per year.
