Document Description
The proposal is for construction of a mausoleum and in-ground crypts at an existing funeral parlor. The project will be in three phases. Phase 1 consists of a service pavilion, trellis gazebo, perimeter walls, lawn crypts, private burial estates, and parking lot along the easterly property boundary. Phase 2 consists of a 2-story, 9,268 square foot building, for use as a mausoleum to accommodate approximately 424 crypts. Phase 3 consists of additional lawn crypts. The project involves approximately 3 acres of a 5 acre site.
