Document Description
The Change of Zone proposes to change the current zoning classification from Heavy Agriculture - 10 Acre Minimum (A-2-10) and Watercourse, Watershed and Conservation Areas - 10 Acre Minimum (W-1-10) to One-Family Dwellings (R-1). The Tentative Tract Map is a Schedule A subdivision proposal of 134 gross acres into 425 residential lots with a minimum size of 7,200 square feet. The Agricultural Preserve is to diminish the size of Mira Loma Agricultural Preserve No. 8 by removing 132 gross acres. The Williamson Act contract for the acreage being removed from the Agricultural Preserve expired January 1, 1996. This development will also include a 4.95 acre park site, and a trail system through out the development.
