Document Description
The Negative Declaration has been prepared for the ConocoPhillips Los Angeles Refinery Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Project. Two new reactors, anew cooling tower, a caustic scrubber and new hydrogen distribution piping will be installed at the ConocoPhillips; Wilmington Plant. This will allow ultra low sulfur diesel to be produced with lower sulfur limits that comply with federal and state standards.
