Document Description
The project proposes a major subdivision of 24.6 gross acres into 9 lots for single-family residential development within the Valley Center Community Planning Area. The lot sizes will range from 2.0 to 3.06 net acres with a minimum lot size of 2 acres. Proposed grading for home pads and driveways will involve approximately 15,100 cubic yards of cut and 17,750 cubic yards of fill with 2,650 cubic yards imported. All lots will have on-site sewage disposal systems and will receive water service from the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Access to the lots will be from of a proposed 40-foot private road easement off of Rodriguez Road.
