Document Description
The project consists of a master-planned gated residential community and a separate senior housing component for a total of 459 residential units. The development would consist of detached patio homes, townhomes, senior condominiums and senior apartments. The 23.6-acre site is (currently a vacant lot) is located on the south side of Lomita Boulevard at 2740 Lomita Boulevard between Garnier Street and Crenshaw Boulevard. Additional features would include a community recreation area (including pool, tot lot, barbecue area and landscaped open space areas), landscaped entries and main drive, courtyards with a pool and landscaping adjacent to the senior condominiums, perimeter wall fencing and internal parking. Primary ingress/egress would be from Lomita Boulevard into a gated entry roadway.
