The project is the development of a 20-acre parcel of land located on the south side of Lomita Boulevard at 2740 Lomita Boulevard. The development would contain a 66-unit senior apartment component; an 87-unit senior condominium complex; 220 units of attached townhomes and an 86-unit detached patio home component for a total of 459 residential units.
