CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA # 1600-2004-0229-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, George Johnson, City of Santa Barbara. The applicant proposes to restore Arroyo Burro estuary, daylight 300 feet of Mesa Creek, construct a pedestrian bridge and construct 3 pools for fish passage. This project is located in Santa Barbara, in Santa Barbara County.
