Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-VEN-50985-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, SCP II Oaks, LLC, as represented by Donald Cloutier. The Project is limited to the removal of obstructions from the Arroyo Conejo Channel to maintain flood capacity. Target species include non-native and invasive species, no native species will be removed as part of this Agreement. Foliar applications of herbicide to invasive resprouts are anticipated to take place twice a year within the initial removal sites. Restoration activities will also take place in the removal sites. No other maintenance activities are authorized.
