Document Description
Under the proposed Master Plan the existing house would be restored to the Freeman period of significance and an elevator would be added to faciltiate universal access. Park improvements include new trails, restoration of existing trails, a restroom, an expanded parking lot, restored retaining walls and trails, new utility lines, and landscape and hardscape improvements. The plan also establishes operational limitation for group events at the park and house.
