Document Description
Assignemnt of up to 27,000 sf of resetroation credit from Conservancy-owned land to the Brockway Summit Water Quality Improvement Project where the landowner will construct seven new sets of sedimentation and infiltration basins at the outlets of existing culverts along with seven new driveways to access the sedimentation forebays. This enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the sensitive land-class area within the Tahoe Basin.
