The Operator proposes to alter the stream to clean and repair approximately 3,951 linear feet of City of San-Diego owned and maintained sewer mains in the I-15 West Canyon. The alignment within this canyon consists of 19 manholes, 10 and 12-inch poly-vinyl chloride sewer mains, and 18 and 21-inch vitrified clay sewer mains.
