Conduct a three-year survey of waterbird and shorebird use of the North basin in Eastshore State park in order to evaluate the impacts that nonmotorized boating activities may or may not have on waterbirds or shorebirds in the Basin. Provide recommendations and management guidelines for boating activities so that waterbirds and shorebirds are not adversely affected.
