Document Description
The "project" is the acquisition of tow parcels of land, totaling 12.7 avres located int he oxbow of the the Napa River in downtown Napa. The property has been used for fill and grazing, and is otherwise undeveloped. The restoration will be accomplished through removal of fill and leaves, as well as non-native exotic plants which have overtaken native species on the site.
