Document Description
The 'project" is the acquisition of a 20 foot wide public access easement near the southern property line of subject parcel, which abuts the site of the Oxbow Preserve. Teh proposed easement will provide a direct connection to the Napa River Trail and allow pedestrian access to the Oxbow Preserve from the Trail. The City of Napa seeks to acquire the easement as part of a Resources Agency Prop 40 River Parkways Grant to provide pedestrian access to the Preserve, a passive op space and riparian restoration project along its Napa River Parkway system.
