Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 392 square feet of potential coverage rights and the assignment of 723 square feet of Class 1-3 restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel where an existing sewage pump station will be replaced. The transfer and assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
