To improve an existing open channel storm drain by installing a 14 cubic-foot-second "Continuous Deflective Separation" (CDS) filtration unit. The CDS unit diverts and filters course debris and medium to fine sediments during low flows into the sanitary sewer for the benefit of water flow and quality.
