Document Description
Construct new drainage facility to redirect existing drainage. Several existing pipes that currently discharge to the coastal (west) side of SR-1 will be backfilled with slurry cement or sand. A biofiltration swale will be constructed along the inland (east) side of PCH. Work involves extensive trenching, pipe installation and backfilling, including trenching across SR-1 in two locations.
