Document Description
The California Department of Public Health is a responsible agency for this project. The Fresno County Service Area No. 49 proposes to consolidate two water treatment facilities, located at O'Neil Farms and Westside Elementary School. The Project includes the removal of the existing facility at Westside and installation of a packaged surface water treatment plant and water storage tank. There will also be a removal of the water treatment facility at O'Neil Farms and installation of new water distribution lines, which will replace the existing lines and fall within the same area of the existing lines.
