Document Description
Emergency permit for the treatment/chemical stabilization of potentially unstable chemical materials (materials listed below) stored at UCLA. The materials in question are items identified in a recent lab park at UCLA, which is housed within the Environmental Health and Safety Building at 550 Charles E. Young Drive West on the UCLA, which is housed within the Environmental Health and Safety Building at 550 Charles E. Young Drive West on the UCLA Campus. Because of the extremely reactive nature of these materials, stabilization must occur before the materials can be transported for offsite disposal. The material will be stored in a hazardous waste storage cabinet until stabilization can occur.
