Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to autherize design to replace damage turbine components at the foothill Hydroelectric Plant. Metropolitan proposes to construct the Garvey Reservoir hydroelectric feed system. Metropolitan proposes to design and construct a system to recycle cooling water at the Foothill, Greg Avenue, Rio Hondo, and Venice power plants.
