Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) Proposes to authorize design, procurement and installation of new sodium bisulfite tanks. Two tanks will replace the existing tank located on the San Diego Canal at the point the canal enters into Lake Skinner. Metropolitan also proposes to award a contract to a contractor to perform carbon fiber repairs and authorize construction inspection activities for San Diego Pipeline No.4 (at stations 1170+69, 1296+65, and 1523+67) and to be distresses pipe section on the Auld Valley Pipeline (at station 28+96) were identified. These areas are planed for repair during upcoming shutdown at the Robert A Skinner Filtration Plant.
