Document Description
Emergency Permit for the treatment/chemical stabilization of potientally unstable chemical material (listed below) Stored at Bioserv Corporation (Bioserv). The material in question is an item identified in a recent lab pack at bioserv, which is housed within Bioserv warehouse building 5350H Eastgate Mall in San Diego. Because of extremely reactive nature of this material, stabilization must occur before the material can be transported for of site disposal. The material will be stored in a hazardous waste storage cabinet until stabilization can occur.
