- The City of Placerville Development Services Department, in cooperation with the Caltrans, proposes to convert the existing Ray Lawyer Drive overcrossing to a full interchange and modify the existing Forni Road/Placerville Drive/US 50 Interchange in the City of Placerville, CA. The City of Placerville has prepared this SEIR which examines the proposed changes to the project since the 2005 EIR was approved by the City. The proposed changes include reconfiguration of the proposed roadway improvements and changing the intersection improvements at Forni Road and Lo Hi Way from a signalized intersection to a roundabout intersection.
