Document Description
The San Francisco Marina Renovation Project (the project) consists of renovations to selected marina facilities to both the East and West Harbors of the San Francisco Marina. The project includes waterside improvements over the entire 39-acre waterside portion of the marinas and on 12 of the total 19 landside acres, as well as renovations of the 700 square foot former U.S. Navy Degaussing Station for use as a new Harbor Office. The project does not include any improvements to the St. Francis or Golden Gate Yacht Clubs, the lighthouse, the Marina Green, or the SFPUC pump station, and Recreation and Park Department use of the SFPUC facility would end.
