Management plan, PCWA conducts the Aquatic Weed Control Program. This program involves the application of herbicides into their canals in order to remove unwanted vegetation, which can impede water flow if left unchecked. PCWA has found that the use of herbicides is the most cost effective and safe method of controlling woods and algae.
