The proposed project includes a series of General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram amendments in support of the Housing Opportunities Study Phase III. The project proposes to change the designations on 13 sites to support higher density residential or mixed-use development. The proposed changes are intended to reinforce the City's General Plan Goals and Policies regarding the efficient use of land and increasing housing opportunities for all segments of the population.
