The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 2004-0372-2 pursuant to the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East Bay Municipal Utility District. Placement and rehabilitation of spawning gravel for Chinook Salmon and Steelhead Trout. 1200 cy to 2400 cy of washed gravel will be placed each year for the next 5 years.
