Removal of existing culverts at Evans Bar Road and Dutch Creek Road at Soldier Creek in Junction City, CA. Culverts currently serve as migration barriers for coho salmon and steelhead trout. Culvert at Evans Bar Road will be replaced with a bridge Culvert at Dutch Creek Road will be replaced with a bottomless arched culvert. This project will provide access to approximately 2.1 miles of anadromous habitat in Soldier Creek.
