A Special Permit to remedy an existing Streamside Management Area (SMA) violation which consists of approximately 100 cubic yards of woody debris within the SMA of a Class III creek and seasonal wet area. The Special Permit will also cover after-the-fact removal of 4-5 redwood trees (+/-12" dbh) and grading of approximately 200 cubic yards for the development of a future homesite. All grading and fill materials will be produced and used on-site.
