Document Description
Creation of 24 single family lots on 16.12 ac. Proposed project area is R1/HS. Development will be designation of Low Density Residential and zoning of lots at the lower elevations using alternate building techniques (post & beam construction) to reduce grading. Proposed building sites will not be located in areas containing greater than 10% slope. Phase one will gain access to the site from existing Pinon Avenue. Phase two located at a higher elevation will be developed in conjunction with a proposed development on an adjacent site. Phase two access will be gained through a future road (Pleasant Hill Drive). Phase one and two are physically divided due to extreme elevation differences.
