A Lot Line Adjustment between APN 018-243-18 (Parcel 1) and APN 018-243-24 (Parcel 2) where Parcel 2 gains approximately 4,950 square feet from Parcel 1, resulting in Parcel 1 of 6,075 square feet and Parcel 2 of 5,700 square feet. Proposed Parcel 1 is developed with two single family residences. Proposed Parcel 2 is vacant. The purpose of the Lot Line Adjustment is to allow for the future development of a single family residence on proposed Parcel 2. A shed, existing on the proposed new lot line, will be removed as part of this project. Water and sewer services are provided by the Humboldt Community Services District.
