Document Description
The proposed project will replace the existing interim tertiary treatment plant with a new extended aeration tertiary treatment package plant to fully meet the Cease and Desist Order, Waste Discharge Requirements, and Project EIR requirements. These improvements are designed to handle a 0.275 million gallons per day average dry weather flow, 0.5 mgd annual average flow, and 1.1 mgd peak month flow that will accommodate a 2020 design population of 2,916. Flows above 0.5 mgd will be diverted to Pond No. 1.
