The proposed project consists project consists of an Environmental Determination a Mitigated Negative Declaration, rezone, general plan amendment and Tentative Map 03-02 located on 18.15 acres of land which is a portion of a larger 94 acre parcel.
The proposed subdivision will create 62 lots consisting of 30 duplexes, 32 four-plexs (188 units). Red Bud Lane will be extended to the southwest providing access to / from the northeast. Gateway Drive, at the northwest end of the property will also be extended south through the property.
