Development consists of the creation of 62 lots on 18.15 acres that will be parceled off of a larger 94 acre parcel. The proposed consists of 30 duplexes and 32 four-plexes (188 units) of multi-family housing and associated interior street and 1.2 acre detention basin with vegetated ditched carrying the inflow.
