Proposed project consists of a rezone and general plan amendment on 3.13 acres of commercially zoned land for residential development. Development consists of the creation of 62 lots on 18.15 acres that will be parceled off of a larger 94 acre parcel. The proposed consists of 30 duplexes and 32 four-plexes (188 units) of multi-family housing and associated interior street and 1.2 acre detention basin with vegetated ditched carrying the inflow.
