Divide a 10+/- acre parcel into four 2.5+/- acre parcels. Sewage disposal for future dwellings on the site would be provided by individual on-site septic systems. Domestic water would be obtained from individual wells. Each of the proposed parcels would front on the Christina Drive cul-de-sac. A rezone to TM-1 on the project site is being processed concurrently with this project.
