Document Description
The proposed Kiwanis Family House will replace the existing 12-patient family facility on the UC Davis Medical Center campus with a new facility on a different site, which will accommodate up to 32 patience families. The facility is proposed to be one story and 21,700 gross sq. ft. The project also includes parking for up to seven (7) recreational vehicles (for patient's families), and replacement of the 125 space parking lot upon which the facility is sited. The proposed project includes an amendment to the Long Range Development Plan to designate the site as Specialized Clinical Services to reflect the hospital support service nature of the project.
