Document Description
The applicant proposes to convert 19.9 acres to vineyards with a 1,300-foot driveway that would provide access to the County Road (Barnett Road) that fronts the 79.41-acre parcel of land. The Erosion Control Plan Applications include construction plans, specifications and erosion and sediment mitigation measures for the vineyards and the driveway. The site plan designates eight vineyard blocks and the access road, on topography that ranges from flat to moderately steep slopes, at elevations between approximately 634 and 698 feet above mean sea level. The Assessor's Parcel Number for the site is 018-140-034.
