Document Description
Implementation of the proposed project would firther the objectives identified in the Sacramento Sewerage Expansion System (SSES) and subsequent Master Interceptor Plan. The primary objectives of the project are:
* Provide increased sewerage capacity for the Fosom, Rancho Cordova, mather and Sunrise/Douglas areas, consistent with the SSES, Interceptor Master Plan 2000 and local planning documents.
* Provide relief for the existing conveyance system.
* Select a pipeline route that minimizes the human and environmental impacts and construction risks associated with installing the Bradshaw 7B Interceptor.
