Proposed prezoning of properties and annexation to the City of Hayward, as described in attached draft environmental impact report would allow potential development of up to 475 dwelling units, 540,000 sq. ft. of Residential development, 390,000 sq. ft. of light industrial, 28,000 sq. ft. of neighborhood commercial.
