Agricultural Permit No. TBD includes applications to cancel the Williamson Act contracts affecting approximately 95.9 acres. Change of Zone No. 6848 proposes to change the zoning classification from A-2-10 (Heavy Agriculture - 10 acre minimum lot size) to SP (Specific Plan). Tentative Parcel Map No. 31645 proposes to divide the approximately 195.77 acre project site into 16 parcels. Specific Plan No. 335 includes approximately 130.68 acres of residential development, within three density ranges, totaling approximately 1,750 residential units, 11.25 acres for commercial development, a 10-acre site for a K through 8 school and a 10-acre neighborhood park site.
