Document Description
The proposed project is a request to construct a two-story building adjacent to the existing church at the project site. The proposed building would consist of a fellowship hall, two classrooms, and a gymnasium including restrooms, storage areas, and a kitchen to be used by church members. In addition, there will be a total of 101 paved parking spaces available at the project site with the existing parking lot to be re-striped and re-paved in some areas. Operating hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily with a maximum of three employees working at the site.
