The proposed project would result in the expansion of the forensic facilities and would include construction of six new 16-bed residential units, a recreation complex, a protective services building, and site improvements. Site improvements would include water conveyance system improvements, new security fencing, new observation towers, new parking lots and roads, new lighting, new landscaping, and utility improvements.
