Document Description
The proposed expansion of the Forensics Program will provide the Porterville Developmental Facility with a new 96-bed forensic residential unit for the Secure Treatment Program. The recreation complex will provide a large multi-purpose space to serve as an auditorium and gymnasium and a swimming pool complex. The site improvements will include perimeter security fencing, guard towers, protective services building, parking area, paved roads for access and perimeter security, and infrastructure for possible residential units.
