Document Description
Subdivision of 72 acres into 35 single-family residential lots, with 14 acres of permanent open space, and 8.3 acres dedicated to the planned street network. Overlook Parkway would be extended across the street from the west to provide access. Onsite sewage disposal would utilize either the leach bed/septic tank or the seepage pit/septic tank method or both. The proposed project would involve 394,320 cy of cuts and 182,930 cy of fill.
